Festivals require a minimum of a two-night stay. We are a non-smoking
facility and any violators will pay a deep cleaning fee of $150
**July & August weekend rates (Friday & Saturday nights) are an additional $10 per day.

All units have queen beds except 105, 108 and 206, which have king beds as noted above.

AAA, Corporate, AARP (Senior) and Islander/Local discounts are available. Monthly rates are discounted at 70% of the published daily rates. Note: Only one discount may be applied to the published daily rate.

Add $10 for rollaway bed.

Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours before reserved date will be charged for the first night.

NOTE: Select Holiday and Festival weekends may require 2 night minimum stays.
